1. General provisions
Справжня політика обробки персональних даних складена відповідно до вимог Закону України від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI «Про захист персональних даних» та визначає порядок обробки персональних даних та заходи щодо забезпечення безпеки персональних даних, що вживаються БО «МБФ IМПУЛЬС ТРАНСФОРМАЦIЯ ПЛАТФОРМА» (далі – Оператор).
1.1. The Operator's primary goal and condition for conducting its activities is to uphold the rights
and freedoms of individuals and citizens in the processing of their personal data, including the protection of rights to privacy, personal, and family secrets.
1.2. This Data Processing Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) applies
to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://icfitp.org.ua
2. Basic concepts used in the Policy
2.1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computing technology;
2.2. Blocking of personal data – temporary cessation of the processing of personal data (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify the personal data);
2.3. Website – a collection of graphic and informational materials, as well as software and databases, that provide their accessibility on the Internet at the web address https://icfitp.org.ua;
2.4. Personal data information system – a collection of personal data contained in databases and the information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;
2.5. De-identification of personal data – actions that result in the inability to determine, without additional information, the association of personal data with a specific User or other data subject.
2.6. Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), de-identification, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
2.7. Operator – a state body, municipal body, legal entity, or individual that independently or jointly with others organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
2.8. Personal data – any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://icfitp.org.ua.
2.9. User – any visitor to the website https://icfitp.org.ua.
2.10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific individual or a certain circle of individuals.
2.11. Distribution of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an unspecified number of persons (transfer of personal data) or making personal data accessible to an unlimited number of persons, including publication of personal data in the media, placement in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way.
2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign state authority, foreign individual, or foreign legal entity.
2.13. Destruction of personal data – any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data with no possibility of further recovery of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and/or destruction of material carriers of personal data.
3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User
3.1. Last name, first name, and patronymic;
3.2. Email address;
3.3. Phone numbers;
3.4. Також на сайті відбувається збір і обробка знеособлених даних про відвідувачів (в т.ч. файлів «cookie») за допомогою сервісів інтернет-статистики (Гугл Аналітика, Яндекс Метрика та інших).
3.5. The above data are collectively referred to as Personal Data in this Policy.
4. Purposes of personal data processing
4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User via email, and to provide the User with access to services, information, and/or materials contained on the website.
4.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User may always opt-out of receiving informational messages by sending the Operator an email at contact@icfitp.org.ua with the subject line “Opt-out of notifications about new products and services and special offers.”
4.3. De-identified user data collected through internet analytics services are used to gather information about user activities on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content.
5. Legal grounds for personal data processing
5.1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only if they are filled in and/or submitted by the User independently through special forms on the website https://icfitp.org.ua. By filling out the respective forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User consents to this Policy.
5.2. The Operator processes de-identified data about the User if permitted by the User’s browser settings (cookie storage enabled and JavaScript technology used).
6. Procedure for collecting, storing, transferring, and other types of personal data processing
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with current legislation on personal data protection.
6.1. The Operator ensures the security of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
6.2. The User’s personal data will never be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, except in cases related to compliance with current legislation.
6.3. In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a relevant notification to the Operator’s email address contact@icfitp.org.ua with the subject line “Personal Data Update.”
6.4. The processing of personal data is unlimited in time. The User can revoke their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a message to the Operator’s email address contact@icfitp.org.ua with the subject line “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing.”
7. Cross-border transfer of personal data
7.1. Before carrying out cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state, to which the personal data are to be transferred, provides adequate protection of the rights of data subjects.
7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may only be carried out with the written consent of the data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or the execution of a contract involving the data subject.
8. Final provisions
8.1. The User can obtain any clarifications on issues related to the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at contact@icfitp.org.ua.
8.2. Any changes to the data processing policy by the Operator will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
